Resgate histórico da educação municipal paulistana e seu atual currículo de ciências da natureza

| dc.description.abstract | Com este trabalho pretende-se resgatar e investigar o histórico da rede municipal de ensino do município de São Paulo (RME-SP), com ênfase no currículo de ciências da natureza, a partir da perspectiva de José Gimeno Sacritán com as atividades, âmbitos e dimensões do currículo; Tomaz Tadeu da Silva, tratando das teorias de currículo e Ivor Goodson, discutindo questões históricas, políticas e de poder numa pesquisa qualitativa, a partir de documentos federais e municipais. Buscou-se, nessa investigação verificar indícios do currículo proposto e prescrito no ensino de Ciências da Natureza e dentro dele, aspectos da Educação em Ciências, Tecnologia e Sociedade (CTS), utilizando a taxonomia das autoras, canadenses Pedretti e Nazir com suas seis correntes em Educação CTS, bem como a das brasileiras Strieder e Kawamura, com seus três parâmetros e propósitos em Educação CTS. Para isto, o trabalho traz um olhar sobre o que viria a ser o currículo, seu histórico e teorias curriculares, assim como os termos Cidadania; Planificação; Planejamento escolar; Plano de Ensino; Plano de Aula e também Ciência, tecnologia, sociedade (CTS). Além disso, estudaram-se os documentos referentes ao histórico da RME-SP, alguns relativos à educação, de modo geral, elaborados pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SME) e os pertinentes ao ensino de Ciências da Natureza de duas das oito Escolas Municipais de Ensino Fundamental e Médio (EMEFM) e em outras bases de dados desta rede de ensino. O período estudado abarca toda a existência desta rede de ensino que possui um total 4380 instituições de ensino dos diversos níveis de ensino, sendo uma das maiores da América Latina. Com este resgate da história da RME-SP pretendeu-se conhecer as linhas gerais das políticas públicas implementadas e correlacioná-las às propostas curriculares para o ensino de ciências da natureza, com ênfase na proposta que vigora neste momento. Tendo como base esse estudo, procurou-se compreender a associação, neste contexto, das ideologias e poderes dominantes, tendo como base documentos federais e municipais. | dc.description.abstract2 | With this work intends to rescue and investigate the history of the rede municipal de ensino do município de São Paulo (RME-SP) (municipal education network of the municipality of São Paulo), with emphasis in the curriculum of the sciences of nature, from the perspective of José Gimeno Sacritán, with the activities, areas and dimensions of the curriculum; Tomaz Tadeu da Silva, addressing the theories of curriculum and Ivor Goodson, discussing historical issues, policies, and power in a qualitative research, documents from federal and municipal. Seeking, in this investigation, verify evidence of curriculum proposed and prescribed in the teaching of sciences of nature and within it, aspects of Education in Science, Technology and Society (STS), using the taxonomy of the authors, Canadian Pedretti and Nazir with its six chains in STS, and also of the brazilians Strieder e Kawamura, with its three parameters and STS education purposes. For this, the work brings a look at what should be the curriculum, your historical, curriculum theories and the terms citizenship; Planning; School planning; Teaching plan; Lesson plan; science, technology, society (STS). In addition, were studied the documents relating to the history of the RME-SP, some relating to education, in general, prepared by the Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SME) (Municipal Education Secretariat) and the pertinent to the teaching of sciences of nature applied in the two of the eight Escolas Municipais de Ensino Fundamental e Médio (EMEFM) (Municipal schools of elementary and secondary education) and in other databases of this network.The period studied covers the entire existence of this network of education that is one of the largest in Latin America. The intention with this rescue in the the history of MEN_SP is to know the general lines of public policies implemented, and correlate them to the curriculum proposals for the teaching of the sciences of the nature, with emphasis on the proposal that is in force at this time. Thus seeking to understand the association of this process its context, ideologies and powers are dominant, having as basis documents, federal and municipal. Endeavouring in this investigation, checking the type of the citizen to be formed, the reality in which these events and phenomena had occurred, and also the forces that have worked on the construction of the curriculum proposed and prescribed for the teaching of sciences of nature from São Paulo. | |
