Tecnologia da informação e comunicação no ensino fundamental I: uma revisão de literatura

| dc.description.abstract | As Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação permeiam todos os espaços sociais e fazem parte da vida dos estudantes estando diretamente presente no ambiente escolar. O professor passa a ser atuante direto de transformação, o estudo e a pesquisa o auxiliará no processo de formação permanente que lhe servirá de base para a utilização das mídias em suas aulas visando à aprendizagem de seus alunos. O trabalho se justifica pela importância e urgência do tema abordado e por trazer a reflexão dos aspectos positivos e negativos do uso das mídias em sala de aula a fim de orientar o trabalho pedagógico dos educadores. O principal objetivo deste estudo é pesquisar e analisar a presença e aplicação das TICs na área educacional apontando os pontos positivos e negativos de seu uso no ensino fundamental I. A metodologia deste trabalho foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental com análise qualitativa dos dados. A coleta de dados ocorreu no ano de 2018 sendo realizada por meio de busca no Portal de Periódicos da CAPES cruzando-se os termos “Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação” AND “Ensino fundamental” e “TICs” AND “Ensino fundamental”. Para análise foram selecionados 9 artigos e 1 capítulo de livro referente aos últimos 10 anos que relacionava o uso das TICs no Ensino Fundamental I, assim como documentos que regem e norteiam o Ensino Fundamental I como os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCNs) (BRASIL, 1997) as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a educação básica (DCNs) (BRASIL, 2013) e mais recentemente a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) (BRASIL, N/D). O trabalho apresenta como resultado a importância das TICs no campo educacional e suas contribuições para a melhoria da qualidade do ensino desde que alguns desafios sejam superados, tais como a necessidade de investimentos do governo e adequada formação acadêmica dos professores, assim como a implantação nos currículos escolares da utilização das TICs como conteúdos, infraestrutura e suporte teórico, técnico e prático, capacitação continuada do corpo docente e planejamento das aulas. Uma vez superados esses desafios, acredita-se que o uso das TICs na educação deva gerar muito mais aspectos positivos do que negativos. O estudo também mostrou a necessidade de mais estudos experimentais com o uso das TICs no Ensino Fundamental I para que se sustentem a hipótese de haver melhorias na aprendizagem e desempenho dos alunos pelo uso dos recursos tecnológicos. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The Information and Communication Technologies are present throughout the extension of all social spaces and are part of the students' lives being directly present in the school environment. The teacher becomes a direct agent of transformation, study and research will assist him in the process of permanent training that will serve as a basis for the use of the media in his classes aimed at the learning of his students. This work is justified by the importance and urgency of the topic addressed and by bringing the reflection of the positive and negative aspects of the use of the media in the classroom in order to guide the pedagogical work of educators. The main objective of this study is to analyze the presence and application of ICT in the educational area, pointing out the positive and negative aspects of its use in elementary education I. The methodology includes bibliographical and documentary research with qualitative data analysis. The data collection occurred in the year 2018, through the search in the website of “Portal de Periódicos da CAPES” by crossing the terms "Information and Communication Technologies" AND "Basic Education" and "ICTs" AND "Elementary school". We selected 9 articles and 1 chapter of the last 10 years book that related the use of ICTs in Elementary school, as well as documents that govern and guide Elementary School I as National Curricular Parameters (BRASIL, 1997), the National Curricular Guidelines for Basic Education (BRAZIL, 2013) and more recently the National Curricular Common Base (BRAZIL, N/ A). The paper presents as a result the importance of ICTs in the educational field and their contributions to the improvement of the quality of teaching provided since some challenges are overcome such as the need for government investments and adequate academic training of teachers. As well as the implementation in the school curricula of the use of the TICs as contents, infrastructure and theoretical, technical and practical support, continuous training of the faculty members and planning of the classes. Once these challenges are overcome, it is believed that the use of ICTs in education should generate much more positive than negative aspects. The study also showed the need for more experimental studies about the use of ICT in Elementary School to support the hypothesis of improvements in students' learning and performance through the use of technological resources. | |
