| dc.description.abstract | O reconhecimento da Libras como língua em 24 de abril de 2002 pela Lei 10.436, foi um marco importante para o povo surdo. Mais adiante, em 2005, ocorreu a regulamentação desta Lei e providências acerca da inclusão da Libras em várias áreas e a estruturação da educação dos surdos, dentre outras providências com a criação do Decreto 5.626. Amparados por essas legislações, pela Constituição Federal de 88 e outros documentos existentes referentes à educação inclusiva e a educação bilíngue para surdos e seus direitos, refletiremos sobre a Educação Infantil da criança surda. Para tanto, partiremos do objetivo geral da pesquisa, a saber: realizar análises sobre os efeitos do ambiente escolar na educação infantil no cenário em que a criança surda está inserida e, doravante os pensamentos elencados nas fundamentações teóricas, observar aspectos culturais e de identidade surda diante de suas representações na comunidade surda, sua aquisição de língua, bem como realizar discussões no que se refere à comunidade surda e a educação bilíngue, tendo como base os materiais de análise. Trata-se, portanto, de uma pesquisa qualitativa com fundamentação teórica, onde serão contemplados autores sócio-culturais e trazem aspectos da educação infantil, autores surdos e relatos de experiências publicados nessas obras. Não pretendemos analisar apenas os ambientes escolares e sim os atos desenvolvidos diante de relações sócio-histórico-culturais que se apresentarem nesses espaços e seus impactos diante da vida e formação do indivíduo. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | The recognition of Libras as a language on April 24, 2002 by Law 10,436, was an important milestone for deaf people. Later, in 2005, this Law was regulated and measures were taken regarding the inclusion of Libras in several areas and the structuring of education for the deaf, among other measures with the creation of Decree 5,626. Supported by these laws, the Federal Constitution of 88 and other existing documents relating to inclusive education and bilingual education for deaf people and their rights, we will reflect on Early Childhood Education for deaf children. To this end, we will start from the general objective of the research, namely: to carry out analyzes on the effects of the school environment on early childhood education in the scenario in which the deaf child is inserted and, from now on, the thoughts listed in the theoretical foundations, to observe cultural aspects and deaf identity in view of their representations in the deaf community, their language acquisition, as well as holding discussions regarding the deaf community and bilingual education, based on the analysis materials. This is, therefore, a qualitative research with a theoretical foundation, which will include socio-cultural authors and bring aspects of early childhood education, deaf authors and reports of experiences published in these works. We do not intend to analyze only school environments, but rather the acts developed in the face of socio-historical-cultural relationships that appear in these spaces and their impacts on the life and formation of the individual. | |
