| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho estuda a conjuntura do Chile durante o governo de Salvador Allende junto com a Unidade Popular no triênio de 1970-1973. Buscamos apresentar este período através dos conceitos elaborados pelo pensador italiano, Antonio Gramsci (1891-1937), com uma breve apresentação dos escritos do próprio autor e o entendimento de seus intérpretes. Abordamos os conceitos de sociedade civil, bloco histórico, hegemonia e hegemonia internacional para explicar as questões internas e internacionais da conjuntura chilena por meio de uma pesquisa descritiva. Em seu desenvolvimento mostraremos os aspectos eleitorais e as ações tomadas pelo governo em uma relação dialética com a sociedade civil frente aos interesses das classes dominantes no país, e por fim passaremos pelos aspectos internacionais e a conjuntura da Guerra Fria na América Latina. Em suas considerações finais mostramos que o governo Allende não detinha dos aparelhos hegemônicos necessários para a implementação de um regime socialista, enquanto as classes dominantes estavam organizadas interna e internacionalmente. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | This research studies the conjuncture of Chile during the government of Salvador Allende with the Popular Unity in the three-year period of 1970-1973. We seek to present this period through the concepts elaborated by the Italian thinker, Antonio Gramsci (1891-1937), with a brief presentation of the author's own writings and the understanding of his interpreters. We present the concepts of civil society, historical bloc, hegemony and international hegemony to explain the internal and international issues of the Chilean situation through descriptive research. In its development we will show the electoral aspects and the actions taken by the government in a dialectical relationship with civil society in the face of the interests of the dominant classes in the country, and finally we go through the international aspects and the conjuncture of the Cold War in Latin America. In its final considerations, we show that the Allende government did not have the necessary hegemonic apparatus for the implementation of a socialist regime, while the dominant classes were organized internally and internationally. | |
