dc.description.abstract | Esta pesquisa discutiu o trabalho interdisciplinar na Educação Profissional integrada ao Ensino Médio como um meio para obter a formação integral. O Ensino Médio Integrado à formação técnica, em que o aluno recebe formação geral e profissional em único curso, constitui uma possibilidade de oferta de educação profissional e tecnológica (EPT) que pode garantir aos jovens das camadas populares o acesso a uma formação sólida, que articule conhecimentos básicos e técnicos, de acordo com os eixos do trabalho, da ciência e da cultura. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, de natureza participante, que se aproxima da pesquisa-ação. A partir da aplicação e avaliação do produto educacional e em consonância com os resultados da análise qualitativa dos dados, pode-se depreender que o projeto interdisciplinar representou uma estratégia didática que colaborou para a formação integral dos estudantes envolvidos na pesquisa, ao relacionar disciplinas técnicas e de formação geral, promover a contextualização dos conhecimentos, propiciar a pesquisa e permitir a compreensão crítica da realidade com vistas a uma possível intervenção nessa realidade. | pt_BR |
dc.description.abstract2 | This research discussed the interdisciplinary work in Vocational Education integrated into High School as a means to obtain integral education. Integrating secondary technical education into High School, providing students general and vocational training in a single course, constitutes an opportunity of vocational and technological education (EPT), which can guarantee young people from a lower-income background access to a solid training, aggregating basic and technical knowledge, in accordance with the axes of work, science and culture, as suggested by EPT scholars: Ciavatta (2005, 2009, 2014), Frigotto (2008, 2012), Machado (2010), Moura ( 2007, 2013), Ramos (2008, 2010), Saviani (2003, 2007).Although the curriculum integration in these courses is part of a broad discussion that involves a middle school project yet to be designed, the interface between the general and technical subjects represents a challenge in the educational practice of teachers of such courses. Thus, the present research investigated aspects related to integral education and interdisciplinarity, in addition to developing an educational product formatted as an interdisciplinary project on the thematic axis “work relations”. The development of an educational product is requested by the Professional Master's program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT), which is affiliated with the researcher. This product was designed by the researcher in conjunction with three professors from the disciplines of Sociology, Production Management, and Portuguese Language, being applied in the second year of a Technical Course in Administration integrated into a High School course of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology in São Paulo (IFSP).Data for the construction, application and evaluation of the educational product were collected using the instruments: questionnaires applied to the set of teachers and students of the class in question; semi-structured interview conducted after the project was completed, in which the teachers of the participating disciplines and a sample of the students in that class took part; and participant observation, whose information was recorded in a field journal by the researcher during the work.This is a qualitative research of participant nature that resembles the action research. From the application and evaluation of the educational product and in line with the results of the qualitative data analysis, it can be inferred that the interdisciplinary project represented a didactic strategy that contributed to the integral education of the students involved in the research, by relating technical and general education disciplines, promoting the contextualization of knowledge, providing research and allowing a critical understanding of reality with possible intervention in this reality. | |
